Stewart’s Removals was started by Simon after gaining experience working for various removal companies. He wanted to build something he could genuinely be passionate about — a business he could grow with his family and, one day, pass down to his children and grandchildren.
What started as an ambition to build a successful removals business has become something much more personal. Stewart’s gives our family the opportunity to work together, with everyone bringing their own skills to the business. From Simon and the team carrying out removals to the administration behind the scenes, we’re building something together that we can be proud of.
Miles To go Promises To Keep
Simon’s dad has always been a proud Scot and a hard worker, and that work ethic is something he has passed down to Simon. Even in his late 80s, he still enjoys getting involved with ideas around the business.
He inspired our tagline: “Miles to go and promises to keep.”
To us, that means something. We’re not just interested in getting a job done and moving on to the next one. We want to build something lasting, keep our promises and earn the trust of the people who choose Stewarts.
